Rupert Dean, co-founder and chief executive of x+why, said: “We’re really excited by the opportunity to operate an on-site members’ clubspace at 103 Colmore Row. As a business, our ethos is centred around building communities of like-minded, purpose-driven businesses by providing creative and inspiring workspaces, coupled with engaging networking events and wellbeing programmes.
“The members clubspace takes this to another level, offering additional shared amenity and hospitality services to enhance the overall tenant experience and support tenants seeking ways to work more flexibly and embrace the changing role of the office.
“Together with Eighteen and other services in the building, 103 Colmore Row will operate sector leading amenity and support services to its tenants and the public.”
Paul Pritchard, Director at Tristan Capital Partners, added: “103 Colmore Row is an exemplary building offering high-quality workspace supported by a host of great amenities. The provision of the members clubspace, which will offer panoramic views of the Birmingham skyline, along with flexible workspace is further evidence of the 103’s continued attraction in the regional market.”
103 Colmore Row comprises 223,631 sq ft of Grade A, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office space, as well as a two-storey top floor restaurant and ground floor café – to be operated by D&D London.
