Cordia Blackswan have confirmed that they are in the early stages of conversations around the development of a site in Southside, with the ambition of delivering a new apartment scheme.

With funding already principally in place, the scheme aims to deliver a uniquely diverse mixture of uses that embraces the new normal, with a focus on health, wellbeing & social interaction. Complete with 453 homes (1-5 beds), sky garden, vibrant shared amenities & 24K of commercial - including a 45th floor panoramic bar/ restaurant & a 48th floor 'Peak' observatory. A full planning application could arrive before the year is out.
