Bradford Works will be an exclusive shared living property development, with residents having their own independent living space and access to high-quality communal areas and shared amenities, including professional-grade kitchens, well-designed lounge and dining areas, workspaces, a games and cinema room, fitness, and wellness spaces, as well as a sizeable, landscaped roof terrace.

Bradford Works is a new first-of-its-kind property development, which will comprise 26 private rooms over three floors at the site which is situated on the corner of Barr Street and Harford Street. Formerly an empty textile warehouse, the conversion of Bradford Works will begin by early 2022, with the development expected to be ready for occupation within 12 months.
