The latest HBD development would turn a disused car showroom into a new community

HBD promises to create a new gateway into the Jewellery Quarter, via a collection of mid-rise apartment buildings, a striking winter garden and, at its heart, a new public garden around which some of the best local, independent cafés and restaurants will be found. We’ve designed Neighbourhood for everyone – a place not just to live, but to visit, enjoy and hang out in.

HBD Plans:

  • A development that’s sustainable, and puts wellbeing at its heart

  • 420 high quality, beautifully designed apartments, across three mid-rise buildings

  • Contemporary building design that’s sensitive to the historic nature of the Jewellery Quarter

  • A vibrant new destination, open to everyone

  • New public spaces and garden, rare in the Jewellery Quarter

  • A home to independents: stop by for local coffee, food, drink and events programmed year-round

  • Private gardens, roof terraces and sociable spaces for residents, building real community

  • Resident amenities including gym, lounge and work-from-home areas, on-site concierge

  • A striking, double-height winter garden that’s open to all

  • New planting and rain gardens across the development that boost liveability
