Homes England has submitted for over 700 homes near Birmingham HS2 station
Homes England has submitted plans to build 762 apartments on land around the proposed Curzon Street station in Birmingham.
The agency wants to develop five buildings of up to 15 storeys each on New Bond Street in the Bordesley area of the city.
Analysis from Avison Young has identified c.9,000 dwellings and c.180,000 sqm non-residential floorspace in the planning pipeline within the south and east of Birmingham City Centre, demonstrating the growing attractiveness of the city centre as a place to live and invest.
Homes England’s proposals for New Bond Street would maximise the redevelopment opportunity at the brownfield site and deliver much needed affordable and market housing, set within a sustainable and high-quality canal-side development on the periphery of eclectic #Digbeth.
