The developer bought the site earlier this year and is looking to deliver a scheme including homes with shared amenities and improved public spaces, using a low-carbon approach.
Initial ideas are being shared with local residents and business owners during a morning consultation on June 16, at the Urban Emporium cafe on Church Street.
HUB is a residential developer with programs in London, Leeds, Edinburgh and now Birmingham. 2 Snow Hill Plaza will be HUB’s second project in Birmingham, having been given the green light for a 1,223-unit mixed-use scheme in Digbeth in November 2020.
