More than half of these homes will be a new house type at Port Loop, Row House. Aiming to bring a more compact terrace form to the development's portfolio at an affordable price range. The remaining properties will be larger, two and three-storey townhouses.
Adam Willetts, project director for Port Loop, said: "We’re very excited to move forward with this next phase at Port Loop and introduce Row House to the neighbourhood. The past year has made a lot of people rethink what they look for in a new home, with green space and flexible living top of many people’s wish lists, both of which are key characteristics of life at Port Loop."
In addition to their own private terraces, the new homes will have central communal gardens for residents to use, with some of the townhouses overlooking the canal that surrounds the 43-acre neighbourhood.
Willetts added: "Using sustainable MMC technology, we are able to improve both the quality and speed of delivery of new homes. Following this planning approval, our aim is for the first Row Houses to be available to purchase this spring."
