Solus was delighted to play its part in the creation of the £15.7m Remembrance Centre, which provides a gateway to the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
The complex, also home to exhibition and interpretation spaces, retail space, a restaurant, a café and a learning centre, features more than 1200m2 of tiles from Solus’ Eclipse range.
Chosen in a subtle grey shade, a variety of sizes including 600x1200mm and 300x600mm, can be seen near the reception, flowing through to the large open plan restaurant area. In the café, 150x600mm tiles in a herringbone pattern were used, responding to the area’s smaller scale.
